Why you must be motivated

There are 14 good reasons to learn the secrets to
getting motivated and staying motivated.
If you feeling like you dont need to be motivated anymore then think again ,

cause every person lives before he/she dies.

and motivation can do

1. Earn the respect of your boss and colleagues. As a
dependable and productive member of the team people will
appreciate you and seek your valuable advice on important
matters.

2. Understand what motivates you and enjoy greater success.
When you discover your unique motivation blueprint getting
ahead will never be a mystery again. You can fire up your
motivation engine whenever you choose to.

3. Save money by getting things done on time. You will
eliminate those late fees, fines and charges that
procrastinators waste their hard earned money on.

4. Enjoy a more harmonious home life. Imagine hearing
praise and gratitude for all the little things you get done
around the house. You will enjoy a satisfying feeling of
accomplishment at the end of each evening.

5. Feel in charge of you life. As you get more done with
ease you will have order where you used to have chaos. You
will know what you want and feel compelled to move ahead
and get it.

6. Start new projects with enthusiasm and stay motivated
over time. When you can see things through to completion
you will have renewed confidence in your ability to succeed.

7. Stay motivated in the face of challenges and negative
people. Setbacks and un-supportive colleagues or friends
will make you even more determined when you know how to
stay motivated.

8. Avoid the criticism, endless nagging and moaning of
those around you. When you easily and effortlessly get
things done you give people little reason to criticize you.
In fact they are likely to give you more freedom to do
things your way.

9. Stop things getting any worse. When you know how to be
highly motivated in a matter of seconds, you can turn
around situations you have neglected in the past.

10. Develop leadership skills and positively affect those
around you. Your drive and enthusiasm will touch everyone
you deal with. People will turn to you for leadership and
guidance.

11. Eliminate problems while they are small. You will deal
with potential problems and concerns sooner rather than
later. This habit alone will put you back in control.

12. Put an end to regrets. Become the kind of person who
jumps on opportunities. And enjoy the excitement and
passion you feel when you are giving 100%.

13. Move ahead quickly in your career. When you can calmly
and efficiently get your work done, you position yourself
for more responsibility and a higher salary.

14. Feel fantastic about yourself. As a motivated
self-starter your self-esteem will soar. You will
accomplish much more, have greater success and live a full
life.

IF YOU FEELING LIKE LOOSING THE OWN WORTH

“MOTIVATION CASE STUDY”

Once I met with my old friend Sanjaya, he was desperate due to different professional complications , I know him from my schooling he was quite energetic boy, when I met him and try to know the reasons he told me …….

Sanjaya said—I am not doing well now a days I am feeling procrastinated and not been able to achieve my professional goals, even to able to accomplish my jobs in time too, don’t know why but please give me what can I do to bring my good days back , I asked him to elaborate me everything

Sanjaya said – since my child hood I get adjust to every circumstances I seldom post a complain against others and I try my best to finish my work with out moving others style now a days

“In fact in one company where I worked it   made no sense finishing work before the  deadlines because management kept moving the goal posts.

And very often I worked with people who  refused to stretch themselves. This culture  of doing as little as you can and appearing  to be productive slowly dragged me down.

Over the years as a result of experiences  like these I developed bad habits. One of those habits was a lack of motivation habit. “

I could  see now how a few bad choices in how he  approached work affected all aspects of  his life.

What he did over the years was create bad  habits that need to be given up and replaced with a new way of behaving.

THE DIAGNOSIS :

... The True Cost ...... of his bearing ness and being demotivated

Do you realize what these bad habits have cost you in your life?

1. You missed the sense of accomplishment  and the satisfaction that comes with  succeeding on a big scale.

2. You lost the respect of your peers and  you are excluded from the winners circle.

3. You no longer feel in control of your destiny and in fact you are a victim of  circumstance.

4. You earn far less than people of lesser  intelligence and ability.

5. You worry about the future because you  fear you may not be able to deal with things.

A lack of motivation is a bad habit you can  and must change.

Now is the time to take charge of this  situation.

Suggestions

“I can tell you from my own  experience that nothing will change until you decide to change.

And Nothing Will Improve Until You Improve It...”

You owe it to yourself and to the people who care about you to seize the day and make your life something to be proud of.

The satisfaction that comes from living life  on your own terms is a wonderful gift you  deserve to enjoy. And you will only have this once you know how to motivate yourself  to create the life you dream of.

your income will jump up , your  social life will improve dramatically and new opportunities for
having even more of what you wanted all come about for you .

But only after you  learned the secrets of self-motivation and how to kill a lack of motivation.

few months later I saw sanjay’s pic in a local news paper being awarded for his excellent performance..

remember for sanjaya

The world did not change. Other people did not change. sanjaya changed.

Lesson  :

Only When YOU change will your world change for the better.

Before I leave  ______

Think of those people who look down on your lack of progress and take you for granted. Think of that sense you have of not been in control.

All of these feelings of dissatisfaction are not going to disappear -- in fact they will dominate your life as the years pass you by.

These issues are not going to go away all by themselves.

”sanjaya too  tried the wait and see approach – but that  does not work !”

Thankfully there is a solution, a proven way of taking charge of your life and developing self-motivation.

*** Motivation is an essential life skill and you can discover how to be motivated and stay motivated. ***

Although some lucky people seem to be born highly motivated, if you are of at least average intelligence you can learn how to be motivated.

You Can Improve Quickly...

No matter how unmotivated you have been up to now.

Procrastination is of no use to you in your  quest to fulfill your dreams. Lose those old habits and replace them with habits that lead to self-motivation and control over  your life.

if you think that ,procrastination and low motivation is costing you.

……IF YOU WANT  TO SHARE YOUR ISSUES WITH , PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SEND ME A MAIL AND WE  WILL TRY TO SHOT IT OUT… , pandadeepakpanda@rediffmail.com  don’t forget to put the subject as “NEED TO BE MOTIVATED “

Story behind Konark Dadhinauti (Arch stone)

Konark Temple Orissa (Sun Temple)

A son's sacrify for a great Sun temple..(kimbadanti,people says)

The temple city of Konark is situated in the eastern state of Orissa at a distance of around 65 km from Bhubaneswar and 35 km from Puri. The city extends between longitude 86.08°E and latitude 19.53°N. The temple was built by Raja Narasimhadeva to mark a military victory. Since the rulers used to worship the Sun, the temple was conceived as a chariot for Surya, the Sun God. The whole structure is in the form of a giant horse drawn chariot of the Sun. Together, the 24 wheels of the Chariot and the 7 horses drawing it symbolize the passage of time. The front of the main entrance has two giant stone lions crushing elephants. As you climb up the stairs, you'll see statues of horses on both side. All over the walls of this huge temple are beautiful carvings, sculptures and bas-reliefs (figures projecting from a plain background). Among them are thousands of images of gods, goddesses, men and women and scenes from life in the 13th century.

HISTORY
Konark derives its name from Konarka, the presiding deity of the Sun Temple. Konarka is actually a combination of two words, Kona (corner) and Arka (sun), which, when combined, means the sun of the corner. Konark was one of the earliest centres of Sun worshipping in India. The place finds mention in the Puranas as Mundira or Mundirasvamin, a name that was subsequently replaced by Konaditya or Konarka. Apart from the Puranas, other religious texts also point towards the existence of a sun temple at Konark long before the present temple. Konark was once a bustling port of Kalinga and had good maritime trade relations with Southeast Asian countries. The present Sun Temple was probably built King Narashimhadev I (AD 1238-64) of the Ganga dynasty to celebrate his victory over the Muslims. The temple fell into disuse in the early 17th century after it was desecrated by an envoy of the Mughal emperor Jahangir. However, legend has it that the temple was constructed by Samba, the son of Lord Krishna. It is said that Samba was afflicted by leprosy, brought about by his father's curse on him. After 12 years of penance, he was cured by Surya, the Sun God, in whose honour he built this temple.

ARCHITECTURE
The massive structure of the temple, now in ruins, sits in solitary splendor surrounded by the drifting sands. The entire temple has been designed in the shape of a chariot carrying the Sun God across the heavens. The huge intricate wheels of the chariot, which are carved around the base of the temple, are the major attractions of the temple. The spokes of these wheelsserve as sundials, and the shadows formed by these can give the precise time of the day. The pyramidal roof of the temple, made of sandstone, soars over 30 m in height. Like the temples at Khajuraho, the Sun Temple at Konark is also covered with erotic sculptures.

THE LEGENDS
No one really knows why a temple was erected here, but there are many legends to account for its appearance. The most popular concerns 'Samba', the son of Lord Krishna. Samba was inordinately proud of his beauty. So proud that he once made the mistake of ridiculing a celebrated sage, 'Narada', who was not renowned for his looks. Narada was not amused. Always mischievous, he decided to have his revenge on the arrogant boy. He managed to lure the unsuspecting Samba to the pool where his stepmothers, the luscious consorts of Krishna, were bathing in joyful abandon. When Krishna heard that his son had become a peeping tom, he was furious and cursed him with leprosy. Realizing later that the innocent boy had been tricked by Narada's cunning, Krishna was mortified. But he could not revoke his course; all he could do was advise his son to worship the sun god 'Surya', healer of all diseases, and hope for a cure. After twelve years of penance and worship, Samba was at last instructed by Surya to go and bathe in the sea at Konark. He did so and was cured of his awful affliction. Samba was so delighted that he decided there and then to erect a Surya temple on these spot. It was called "Konark", "Place of the Sun," from which the modern name comes.

Dadhinauti (Arch stone)

"the chief carpenter/sculpturer of this temple Bishu maharana and his team of 1200 sculpturer when failed to fix Dadhinauti (Arch stone) of the temple and the time was out running to the  last day, every body was under threat that if the work can't be done before time the king may behade them all..at the same time ,the only son of Bishu maharana who was at the age of 12 (taken birth after a month of his fater left house on kings call to built the konark) ,on his way to meet his father after 12 year.,He was carrying some guava of their backyard tree as an identification of him before his father. when he reached construction site he found his father there . They spent few time together.but when the last night of the 12th year strikes, everybody was under threath ,as the work is incomplete,Dharmapada asked his father what is the problem  and Bishu explained about the unstable Arch stone and all 1200 sculpturers were failed to fix that.Dharmapada said "let him try to fix the Dadhinauti (Arch stone) of the temple" and he climbed up to the peak and completed work successfully before the sunrise ."everybody was happy but the happyness is covered by the second threat striked the sculpturers mind was," if king could know that a child did taht ,which 1200 sculpturers couldnot, then deffintely they will be behaded." .But brave  Dharmapada had a solution to this issue also he said "if his sacrify can save the life of the 1200 sculpturers then his death is most justified..and he climbed up and jumped into the deep sea." his sacrify is still remembered in the mind of every Orissa son ...

not only my mother

once on my tour to micro interiour by my bike, i felt hungry so i stopped at a village .that village merely consists of 11-12 families no hotel atall.but as i was hungry i stopped and knocked a house , an old lady opened her door and looked me surprisingly,,,ask who m i ? i told her about me ,she looked me for some time and said, "you are far away from any hotel..so if you want you can have some food in my house..". i felt surprised but hunger was dominated my surpriseness, so without a second thought i noded my head. then the old lady told me that she dont have much food as of now but some mango of her village tree and some milk of her cow. I said i can manage. honestly by that time my huger was outrunning my tastebuds. the old lady run fast and brougt 3 small mangos.and said she will take some milk frm her cow and come soon..any way i started eating the mango, aftrer few minutes the lady came wid a glass of fresh milk and put that on fire to boil.in mean time seeing my surprised face she told.me " boy i am sure u r surprised how we live in this small villege and we dont hv enough food too' i said yes , then she told me a story..of their belief..

"In the extreme begining when God was creating the world He was sending phase wise few animals by a ship to this earth .once they put a tiger and her cub , a cow and her calf and a human baby in a single ship, the ship takes 8 hours only to reach the earth, but unfortunately due to solar eclipse on that day that ship couldnot found earth and moved away of this and when the sun reappear thay found they are 15 days away from the earth..they back turn to earth, few days spent.but as the tiger feeded the cub her milk and cow to her calf, as the cow found the human baby is hungry she feed her , her milk..as there were some grass on the ship so there were no problem for the cow to survive but if tigeress dont eat she may die and the cub too. so tiger started thought to eat that human baby,so tiger was attacking that baby to eat.

,seeing this suddenly the cow started opposing the tiger,so tiger asked the cow not to stop her coz she has to survive for her cub,and a tiger cant eat grass, so asked her if she want that human baby to live then she has to die herself, but if she dies than the calf will also die of hunger and the human baby too as that baby also cant eat fruits now. So better the human baby die for me and you and your calf live happyly..

seeing the need of the moment ,at the mean time , the calf said she has a solution to this...tiger asked what...

calf said...tiger, you need to eat for you and your cub ,as your cub cant eat meat now,and dependent on ur milk,

now this baby is the only human on this ship send by GOd. and she cant eat fruit or meat and she has to survive on my mother's milk only.

now my mother can eat grass to survive but i cant, . so the only solution to  this is problem is   "you eat me and this is the only solution to let this three species live now " and that happened, since than, a human got her god mother due to secrifies of a calf..when the baby grown old she kept that cow wid her as her mother , and the world started expanding.since then the relationship with the cow and the human goes on. We love our cow as our mother, she not only feeds us but many times help us to survive in critical condition as i faced that day.."the lady told.

by that time i finished that glass of milk which the old lady given me.

lady said, "this the place ,when we landed on earth for the firtst time we decied to stay here only". at that time suddenly i hear the tiger roaring form the backyard..suddenly i lost my sence after some time when i got up i found my self under a tree.. i gotup and drive a full day and found a road connecting a nearby town..i ride happily with a hope..soon after i reached my destination i saw a cow bind to pole and i felt very respect for her..i learned me and the humen/the tiger and the cows themself are surving due to the secrify of the calf.........

"The animals you eat are not those who devour others; you do not eat
the carnivorous beasts, you take them as your pattern. You only hunger after
sweet and gentle creatures who harm no one, which follow you, serve you, and are
devoured by you as the reward of their service"
